Our Women’s Initiative at Certilman Balin (WICB) provides the firm’s women attorneys with an opportunity to lead, both internally and externally, through training, networking, and philanthropic platforms. WICB’s goal is to create opportunities for personal, professional, and collaborative growth of all attorneys at the firm.

We believe in investing in the careers of our women through business development training and a myriad of networking opportunities. The Women’s Initiative also serves the local community through member participation and leadership in various pro bono and charitable projects.
