Jodi S. Hoffman is a Partner in our Real Estate Practice Group. She represents clients locally, in the New York metropolitan area and across the country in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law.
With more than two decades of experience, Ms. Hoffman concentrates in the areas of commercial leasing and real estate financing. One of her most noteworthy transactions involved the representation of landlord in the lease of a 230,000 square–foot–facility for the corporate headquarters of an automotive retail software company.
She earned Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Brandeis University.
Active in her community, Ms. Hoffman volunteers her time to charities that focus on children’s issues. She has served on the Real Estate Division of the March of Dimes and is a member of Long Island Real Estate Group.
Since its inception, Ms. Hoffman has donated her time as a mentor in the Lawyers Involved with Kids Education (“LIKE”) program, which is affiliated with the Uniondale School District. In this capacity, she mentors fourth and fifth grade students helping them prepare for the New York State English Language Arts examination as well as providing students with the additional support and attention that they may not receive at home.
Ms. Hoffman is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
She is admitted to practice in the state of New York, and the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern District of New York.
