Entry level legal assistant/paralegal position. The position consists of paralegal and secretary duties and will require frequent overtime work. Recent college graduate preferred, with willingness to develop the skills necessary to become an outstanding Senior Paralegal in our Commercial Lending Group. This Group is responsible for drafting and reviewing Commercial Loan documentation, as well as the performance of due diligence in connection therewith. The successful candidate will work independently and will be exposed to significant client contact.

- The candidate must be organized, resourceful and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Ability to effectively interact via phone, e-mail and in person with various bank loan officers, attorneys for borrowers, attorneys for lenders and sellers, title companies and insurance companies.
