April 24, East Meadow, NY – Real Estate Partner-in-Charge, Howard Stein, and his group were recognized for this year’s “Top Office Lease” on Long Island, because of the firm’s role in the Hains Celestial Group’s move to 1111 Marcus Avenue in Lake Success. Long Island Business News presented this award at its 2013 Real Estate and Development Awards at the Crest Hollow Country Club on the evening of Thursday, April 23.
Mr. Stein (left in photo) concentrates on matters related to real property acquisitions, sales, leasing, real estate finance and loan workouts. Another one of Mr. Stein’s noteworthy achievements is the sale of the Melville “pumpkin farm” to Canon USA for its North American Headquarters.
