Stein and Shea Honored for their Real Estate Deals

Howard M. Stein and J. Timothy Shea, Jr., partners at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP,  were both honored at Long Island Business News Annual Real Estate, Architecture and Engineering Awards held on June 16 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. 

Howard M. Stein took home the Top Office Lease Renewal in the category of “Top Office Lease Renewal” for 90 Merrick Avenue in East Meadow where Certilman Balin occupies space. Tim Shea was recognized in three categories: Top Entertainment Project for Top Golf in Holtsville; Top Multifamily Project — Suffolk for The Brio, units a The Boulevard in Yaphank; and Top Retail Lease for Walmart Supercenter at The Shoppes at The Boulevard in Yaphank.

Mr. Stein was also included, that same evening, on the Long Island Press PowerList.
