Partner Keith Brown and Matthew Ingber successfully secured site plan approval and the necessary variances for this exciting project, which will help boost the local economy and bring much-needed infrastructure to the area.
Located at 4285 Middle Country Road, Riverhead, the 412,679 sq. ft. complex will feature eight warehouse facilities, including tenant spaces, a 1,500 sq. ft. commissary, and extensive site improvements such as parking, lighting, landscaping, water connections, and an on-site sewage treatment plant. This development will also include a new access road from Middle Country Road (NYS Rte. 25).
This development will fill a critical gap for contractors and fabricators in the region, offering state-of-the-art facilities in a key location on Long Island’s North Fork.
