Mr. Mayall has an extensive experience across telecommunications, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and debtor/creditor rights. He also chairs the firm’s telecommunications practice group, co-chairs its bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights practice group, and serves on the firm’s executive committee.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mayall has advised a national client base that includes cellular phone companies, master wholesalers, retailers, and original equipment manufacturers on complex transactions and agreements within the telecommunications industry. His litigation practice includes telecommunications and commercial matters in both state and federal courts.
Beyond his private practice, Mayall has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to the legal profession and the broader community. He serves on the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Second, Tenth and Eleventh Judicial Districts and as a Special Master for the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. He is also a member of the Commercial Division Advisory Council.
Mr. Mayall’s recognition underscores the impact of experienced, forward-thinking legal leadership and his continued contributions to the Long Island business and legal communities.
