Certilman Balin is pleased to announce that Francesco P. Pizzolla has joined the firm as an Associate in the Banking/Commercial Lending Practice Group.
Mr. Pizzolla focuses his practice on representing institutional and private lenders in the financing of commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties throughout New York. His work includes a broad range of transactions, such as acquisitions, refinances, multi-state loans, and construction financing.
With over a decade of legal experience, Mr. Pizzolla brings deep insight into lender-side transactions and a proven ability to navigate complex lending structures. Since being admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014, he has built a strong reputation for his collaborative approach and technical precision.
Mr. Pizzolla earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2013. He holds dual undergraduate degrees from St. John’s University: A Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
