Keith Brown is widely recognized for his innovative approach to guiding clients through regulatory and development challenges across the Tri-State region. He brings more than three decades of experience advising a diverse portfolio of corporate clients in complex real estate matters, including commercial real estate litigation, zoning and land use regulation, development and environmental compliance. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, national retailers, banks, industrial owners, multi-family developers, telecommunications firms, petroleum distributors, renewable energy developers and local mom and pop small businesses.
