Certilman Balin to Be Recognized with Corporate Social Responsibility Award

May 14, East Meadow — On June 10, Long Island Business News will host its Corporate Citizenship Award program which recognizes various companies who are in the “business of giving.”

Certilman Balin will be honored with the “Corporate Social Responsibility Award.”

Many of the attorneys serve on the boards of charities and nonprofit organizations including : Hope-for-Youth; Cancer Center for Kids at NYU Winthrop Hospital; Long Island Cares/The Harry Chapin Food Bank, Inc.; the Education Network; Big Brothers/Big Sisters Long Island, Inc.; the Boys and Girls Club of Bellport; and Mentor New York, to name a few. Many of the staff members are actively involved in charitable organizations and participate throughout the year in holiday gift giving, food drives and runs and walks.
