Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP is pleased to announce that partners Kimberly A. Barresi and Kenneth A. Hoffmann have been named Co-Chairs of the firm’s Banking/Commercial Lending Practice Group.
Barresi and Hoffmann will serve alongside David Herold, forming a three-member leadership team for the practice. They are appointed to the role following Brendan DeRiggi’s recent appointment as Co-Managing Partner of the firm.
In their new roles, Barresi and Hoffmann will help lead the continued growth and strategic direction of the Commercial Lending Practice Group, which represents financial institutions and lenders in a wide range of financing transactions.
Brendan DeRiggi will continue to support the group in his new capacity as Co-Managing Partner.
