We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Litigation Practice Group with the addition of Associate Kaitlyn Keane. Ms. Keane brings a wealth of academic excellence and practical experience to the firm, further strengthening our ability to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.
Prior to joining us, Ms. Keane served as a Summer Intern with the firm, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in litigation, research, and legal support. She assisted in complex matters involving contract disputes, property disputes, and procedural issues. Her research expertise was further honed during her time as a Research Assistant at the Syracuse University Institute for Security Policy & Law, where she contributed to national security research on topics such as the use of AI by governments and legal developments in Ukraine.
Ms. Keane earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where she earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in National Security & Counterterrorism Law and was recognized for her academic achievements as a Dean’s List honoree. During law school, she also served as an Associate Note Editor for the Syracuse Law Review and as a Student Attorney at the Betty and Michael D. Wohl Veterans Legal Clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in Spanish and Economics, from the University of Rhode Island, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Ms. Keane is admitted to practice law in New York and will be an integral part of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in our Hauppauge office, focusing on a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, contract disputes, and general legal counsel for clients.
