Prior to joining the firm, he was a Partner at another Long Island firm, serving a diverse range of clients in mergers and acquisitions, business, healthcare, venture capital, real estate transactions, general corporate matters, corporate finance; succession planning, exit strategies, shareholder, and partnership buyout transactions.
