Heather’s practice concentrates on the representation of institutional and private lenders in all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions and asset-based lending.
Michelle represents clients in all aspects of real estate law, including, but not limited to, commercial leasing, residential and commercial real estate transactions, development, downtown revitalization projects, land use and real estate financing.
