Toni B. Herold is a seasoned Of Counsel in our Banking/Commercial Lending Practice Group, having spent her entire legal career at the Firm.

Working in the Multifamily Team within the Department, Ms. Herold handles commercial lending work for both regional and national institutional lenders financing multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties, as well as handling loans to condominiums and homeowners’ associations for capital improvements.  She also supports the Multifamily workout and asset recovery team, handling commercial loan workouts.

Operating side-by-side with our Condominium, Cooperative and HOA Practice Group, she specializes in representing Long Island’s preeminent real estate developers in the sale of new construction residences – working with both teams from offering plan to closing.  For over 20 years she has tendered deeds to Long Island’s most coveted, new construction residences.
