CB Rebecca Brodsky

Rebecca L. Brodsky is Of Counsel to our Real Estate Practice GroupShe represents clients in both commercial and residential transactions and has experience with the closings of single family homes, cooperative apartments and condominiums, along with commercial property and construction loans.

Prior to joining Certilman Balin, Ms. Brodsky was an associate at another law firm where she represented clients in real estate, lending, and trusts and estates matters. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Leonard B. Austin, Nassau County Supreme Court. She interned for New York real estate developer and also interned at two Miami-based firms. 

Ms. Brodsky earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Emory University

Admitted to practice in the states of New York and Florida, Ms. Brodsky is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the Florida Bar. 

Active in her community, she serves on the Executive Committee of Sunrise in the City, which benefits Sunrise Day Camp on Long Island, the only summer day camp in the nation for children with cancer and their siblings. She is an avid swimmer and an active member of the UJA Federation, having completed missions to both Cuba and Argentina. In 2018 and 2019, she was named to the New York Metro Rising Stars List.
