Nandini Chowdhury  is an Associate in the Banking and Commercial Lending Group. She represents financial institutions in a variety of commercial lending transactions, primarily involving the acquisition and financing of commercial real estate, as well as asset-based financings.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an Associate at the Manhattan-based law firm where she represented commercial landlords in landlord/tenant disputes. Prior to this position, she was a Litigation Associate at a Long Island-based law firm where she represented institutional lenders and mortgage loan servicers in a wide variety of matters pertaining to foreclosure and title litigation.

Ms. Chowdhury earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal and as Managing Editor of the Commercial Division Online Law Report. During law school, she also completed an internship at the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic.

She earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Stony Brook University, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
