Kimmy Zhong

Kimmy Zhong is an Associate Attorney in our Real Estate Practice Group, combining a solid foundation in real estate law with extensive practical experience. Her practice focuses on a wide range of real estate transactions including office and retail leasing, joint ventures, real estate acquisitions and sales (residential, commercial, mixed-use, and cooperatives), sophisticated lending transactions, and business acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, she spent years as a paralegal in a highly reputable law firm specializing in real estate and lending matters. This hands-on experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions and lending processes. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Zhong practiced law where she led and managed a broad range of real estate matters in a Queens law firm. Her previous experience also includes a role at another boutique law firm where she handled real estate closings and provided support in various legal capacities.

Ms. Zhong earned her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she was awarded a Merit Scholarship and named to the Dean’s List multiple times. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Law and Paralegal Studies from New York City College of Technology, graduating cum laude.

Ms. Zhong is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), she is an active member of the Asian American Attorneys Association and the Queens County Women’s Bar Association.
