Jordan Hoffman is an Associate in the Commercial Lending and Banking Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP. He represents institutional lenders in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by multi-family, mixed-use, retail, commercial and industrial properties.

Mr. Hoffman routinely represents lenders in connection with interest rate hedging transactions, leasehold mortgages, construction and project loans, co-op and other UCC secured loans, unsecured loans and lines of credit, loan participation and intercreditor agreements. He also represents clients in connection with assignments of mortgage and related transactions, as well as the purchase and sale of residential properties.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at the Narotsky Law Group, LLP where he practiced for ten years.

Mr. Hoffman earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Albany in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center in 2013. He earned his law degree at night while working in the field of Information Technology at the Narotsky Law Group since 2004.

He is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York, as well as the Southern District of New York.

When not practicing law, he serves as an EMT for the Babylon Fire Department and is a Red Cross CPR and First Aid Instructor.
