Francesco P. Pizzolla is an Associate in our Banking/Commercial Lending Practice Group, with a primary focus on representing institutional and private lenders in the financing of commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties throughout New York. His practice encompasses a wide range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, refinances, multi-state loans, and construction financing.
Mr. Pizzolla brings over a decade of legal experience to the firm, having concentrated his career in commercial lending since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2014. He has successfully guided clients through sophisticated lending structures and closing processes, earning a reputation for his detailed understanding of lender-side transactions and his collaborative approach to client service.
Mr. Pizzolla earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2013, where he was awarded CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing and Advanced Legal Research. He holds dual undergraduate degrees from St. John’s University: A Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian, both awarded cum laude in 2010.
Mr. Pizzolla is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
