Eileen R. Quinn is an Associate in our Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning Practice Groups. Her practice involves securing zoning and land-use approvals across Long Island and Westchester, including obtaining area variances, special permits, and site plan approvals before municipal boards. Ms. Quinn works closely with clients, consultants, and partners to navigate complex zoning applications and achieve favorable outcomes for a wide range of projects, from commercial developments to residential renovations.
With a strong foundation in both law and public policy, she has successfully represented clients in a variety of zoning issues, from securing approvals for service stations and automotive repair shops to handling self-storage facilities and warehouse developments. She is adept at anticipating board concerns and public objections, and her comprehensive approach to preparation, handling everything from testimony to exhibit coordination, ensures seamless legal processes.
Before joining Certilman Balin, Ms. Quinn gained significant experience at Brown Altman, where she focused on real estate law, land use, and zoning. Prior to that, she managed probate and estate administration matters, providing thoughtful and effective counsel on complex trust and estates issues. Her earlier role at Wells Fargo Bank–Corporate Trust Services further sharpened her legal research and document analysis skills, offering a unique perspective on corporate compliance.
