CB Chris Dooley

Christopher Paul Dooley is an Associate in our Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups and focuses on commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and criminal defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dooley was an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens District Attorney’s Office for five years. 

He served as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York; as a Judicial Extern in New York City Criminal Court; and as a Legal Intern at the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Second Judicial Department in Brooklyn. He also interned in the Boston, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire field offices of the United States Secret Service in the fall of 2008.  

Mr. Dooley was named to the 2023 and 2022 New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and attended on the St. Thomas More Scholarship, a full tuition award. Hdistinguished himself in law school as a Federal Bar Council Award Recipient, a Semi-Finalist at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Tournament of Champions, and a Finalist at the Quinnipiac ABA Annual Trial Advocacy Competition. He was an Advocate at the AAJ Mock Trial Competition and a Staff Member of St. John’s Journal of International & Comparative Law and New York International Law Review. He earned the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Counterterrorism Law and the Justice Albert H. Bosch Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. 

Mr. Dooley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Anselm CollegeHe was a Presidential Scholarship Recipient and Vice President of Public Relations of the Rugby Club. 

Mr. Dooley is admitted in the State of New York, as well as the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
