Anthony C. Curcio is an Associate in our Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning Practice Groups. He represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use, zoning and real estate financing matters.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a sole practitioner and an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Oyster Bay.
As an Assistant Town Attorney, Mr. Curcio represented the Town on a variety of matters including land use, code violations, personal injury and property damage claims. Mr. Curcio also served as Counsel to the Zoning Board of Appeals, where he provided legal counsel, reports on findings, and conducted research.
As a sole practitioner, Mr. Curcio represented clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also represented landlords and tenants in matters involving lease agreements, non-payment proceedings, and holdover proceedings. Additionally, Mr. Curcio represented individuals and closely held businesses with a focus on corporate formations, the purchase and sale of businesses and their assets, and drafting employment and non-compete agreements.
