Gina Antoun joined the Banking and Commercial Lending Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP as an Associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Antoun was an Associate Bank Attorney Awaiting Bar Admission in the Garden City office of Joseph A. Faria, P.C. In this capacity, she represented commercial lenders in real estate closings.
She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2021 and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Corporate Communications with a minor in Law and Policy from Baruch College in 2017. While in law school, she was honored with an Academic Merit Scholarship and Public Service Award. She served on the Executive Board of The Real Property Law Society and as a Student Mentor. She also studied abroad in Rome Italy during the summer of 2019.
Ms. Antoun completed three internships. She gained experience in the Tenant’s Rights and Advocacy Clinic and the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, both at St. John’s University School of Law. In addition, she interned at The Yitzhak Law Group.
Fluent in Arabic, Ms. Antoun was a participant in the Baruch College Conversations Partners Program where she collaborated with students from non-US countries to gain exposure to diverse cultures while communicating across language barriers.
She is admitted to the state of New York.
