Originally trained on Wall Street, the group’s attorneys represent businesses in connection with private placements and public offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financings, hi-tech transactions, leveraged buyouts, employment contracts, shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements and partnership and joint venture agreements.
